Day Old Quail Chicks And Adults Frozen Quail Are an Important Part of a Balanced Whole Prey Raw Food Diet for Raptors, Dogs, Cats, and Reptiles.
Our Frozen Quail: Depending upon your needs, you can choose from younger adult Quail which will be slightly smaller and perfect for smaller Raptors or Reptiles.
We also offer older Adult Quail 12 weeks old and are therefore slightly heavier (closer to 14 oz). These birds are useful for cutting apart and using for smaller morsels, which will extend the usefulness of the whole bird.

These Quail are hatched from our flock of carefully selected Coturnix Breeding Quail. Your quail will give you consistent, dependable weights and nutritional content when incorporated into your Whole Prey Feeding Program. Your are always treated with care and respect during the dispatching process. This is very important to us at the Quail Barn, and we know it's important to you as well.. All your Quail are harvested using CO2 gas, which is a humane, painless process approved of and endorsed by the SPCA. The quail literally just fall asleep.
In the spirit of excellence, your frozen quail and chicks are shipped to you in foam coolers to ensure your chicks arrive frozen. The Quail Barn takes your repeat business very seriously!
Shipping timeframe on Whole Prey Food Raw Food Diet orders is approximately 5-10 business days after your order is received. This guarantees your quail are fresh, and have not been dispatched weeks or months ahead of time. This is how The Quail Barn ensures the freshest, finest quality quail for your needs. You can always expect to receive your USPS Express tracking number by email a couple of days before we ship your order.
Remember we only ship Monday through Wednesday in order to protect your order from being held in a warehouse over the weekend!
